School Speech Language Pathologist - Turlock, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Prior experience in a school-based setting supporting K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week, with flexibility for part-time consideration
• Dedication to supporting students with diverse speech and language needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload across all grade levels
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement and facilitate IEP meetings
• Maintain detailed records, document progress, and ensure compliance with all state and district requirements
• Create an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for students’ communication development
