Key Requirements:
- Current and valid GA SLP credential
- Acceptance of SLP-CFYs and SLP-CCCs
- Background in school settings preferred, but welcoming strong clinical candidates
- Commitment to working with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Availability to start as soon as possible and commit through May 21, 2027
What You’ll Do:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to elementary students
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ IEPs
- Maintain thorough records of progress and session notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy methods to meet individual needs and classroom integration
- Utilize creative approaches to maximize student engagement and progress
