Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Washington state SLP license (or eligibility in process)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants are also welcome
  • Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities, IEP documentation, and collaborative case management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Adaptable to evolving needs and flexible within a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services and consultation in group and individual settings
  • Engage with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain compliant documentation, progress notes, and reports
  • Support the development of a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Availability:

  • Full-time hours required for the first semester, with caseload details to follow
