Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working with children or in educational environments preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and student-centered practices

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students as identified in their IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate student progress throughout the year
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development activities
