\n A leading packaging manufacturer in Hillsboro is looking for a Production Associate / Forklift Operator to join their growing team. For more than 50 years, this company has produced high-quality packaging products and custom retail displays for some of the nation's most recognized brands.\n

What You'll Do\n
    \n
  • Operate a reach truck forklift to move materials throughout the facility
    • \n
  • Load and unload production machinery
    • \n
  • Supply materials to production lines and ensure equipment is stocked and running efficiently
    • \n
  • Assist with cardboard printing and manufacturing processes
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • \n
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
    • \n
  • Provide general warehouse and production support as needed
    • \n
What We're Looking For\n
    \n
  • At least 6 months of recent forklift experience (reach truck experience preferred)
    • \n
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
    • \n
  • Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
    • \n
  • Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
    • \n
Schedule - Swing Shift\n
    \n
  • Monday: 2:20 PM - 10:50 PM
    • \n
  • Tuesday: 2:20 PM - 11:50 PM
    • \n
  • Wednesday: 2:20 PM - 10:50 PM
    • \n
  • Thursday: 2:20 PM - 10:50 PM
    • \n
  • Friday: 1:20 PM - 8:50 PM
    • \n
