Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility in Connecticut
  • SLP-CCC or CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, therapy, and consultation to a diverse caseload of students
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans in compliance with IEP guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and required reporting
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to promote best practices

Position & Schedule:

  • Contract position covering the full school year
  • Part-time: 3 days per week for optimal work-life balance
