Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related field
• Valid State/District licensure for School Psychology (IL PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement required)
• Minimum 2 years of school-based, in-person experience
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and a child-centered mindset
• Familiarity with special education, MTSS, and 504 procedures

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and interventions to support academic/social-emotional needs
• Participate as a valued member on SPED, 504, and MTSS teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
• Develop and maintain records, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Lead MTSS consultations, Tier 3 interventions, and present findings to teams and families
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
