Step into an impactful role providing essential support to students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist on-site in a school-based setting. This contract position, running from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027, offers an exciting opportunity to empower students’ communication abilities and developmental growth in a collaborative educational environment.

Leverage your expertise as you partner with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized education plans and deliver high-quality speech-language services. Your contributions will shape positive learning outcomes for students who rely on your skill and dedication.

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
  • Proficient in developing and executing IEPs and conducting evaluations
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Organizational skills for documentation and time management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct IEP services to students, targeting speech, language, and communication needs
  • Write clear, SLP-relevant information in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Complete all SLP-related portions of student evaluations
  • Prepare and submit timely progress reports to reflect student growth and areas for continued support
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
