We are seeking a Control Panel Wiring Assembler to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for the installation, testing, troubleshooting and repairing of electrical equipment and devices.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Control Panel Wiring Technician to join our team in Saint Charles, Illinois. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels for industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.


Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and Wire Control Panels: Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble and wire control panels accurately.
• Component Installation: Mount and connect components such as relays, PLCs, I/O modules, VFDs, and instrumentation devices within control panels.
• Quality Assurance: Perform continuity checks and inspections to verify proper wiring and functionality, troubleshooting and resolving any issues identified.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of wiring layouts, modifications, and testing results.
• Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to UL standards, NEC, IEEE, and NEMA standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment during panel assembly and wiring tasks.


Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school attendance is a plus.

Skills:
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in using hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
