Job Summary
A manufacturing organization in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Human Resource Admin for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive HR professional with experience supporting workplace injury procedures, workers' compensation documentation, compliance tracking, and general administrative functions.
The Human Resource Admin will play an important role in keeping HR processes, company records, licenses, permits, and certifications organized and up to date. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a detail-driven environment, values teamwork, and wants to contribute to a stable operation where accuracy, compliance, and responsive support are essential to daily success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workplace injury procedures, including workers' compensation claim support, documentation, and follow-up.
- Track company licenses, permits, certifications, and renewals to help maintain compliance.
- Support HR administrative processes, employee records, compliance files, and related documentation.
- Assist with bookkeeping, office administration, filing, reporting, and general business support tasks.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure deadlines, renewals, and required documentation are completed on time.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $52,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Occasional overtime as needed.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.
