Job Description
We are looking for a Dual-Site Maintenance Supervisor for our Synergy at the Meadows and The Solstice locations. Synergy at the Meadows has 220 units and The Solstice has 156 units. Both communities are located in Lake St. Louis, MO. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment communities. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the properties.\n

\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, occasional on-call rotation with additional pay (schedule is subject to change based on business needs)\n
\n
\nResponsibilities:\n
\n(include, but are not limited to)\n
\n
\nConduct repair of: the building exterior, grounds, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, etc.\n
\nEstablish, assign and maintain schedules regarding routine maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, painting, turnover work, etc.\n
\nImplement and follow a preventive maintenance program\n
\nSupervise all contract work and payments to ensure quality of the work completed\n
\nEnsure vacated apartments are in “make ready” condition for showing and renting\n
\nServe as on-call emergency maintenance contact as scheduled at night or on weekends and ensure compliance of staff\n
\nOperate property within established budget and notify Community Manager of any expected variations\n
\nKeep ongoing and updated inventory of the property tools, furniture & accessories\n
\nAttend, when possible, all trade association meetings and seminars\n
\n
\nMinimum Qualifications:\n
\n
\n3+ years of general maintenance experience\n
\n6+ months in a multi-family or institutional work order environment.\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, college-level/trade school preferred\n
\nEPA Universal License required\n
\nCPO Certification required\n
\nPreference for candidates with desired certifications: CAMT, boiler license, electrical, plumbing, first aide, etc.\n
\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances, pool and spa equipment and other community systems.\n
\n"Can Do" attitude\n
\nBasic computer proficiency preferred\n
\nYARDI experience preferred\n
\n
\nPhysical Demands: Will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders.\n
\n
