Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on serving pediatric students in an educational environment. We’re seeking a passionate SLP to support learners from September 15 through October 22, with the potential for an extension. Your schedule will include three days per week, offering a great balance for professionals who value variety and manageable workloads. The exact caseload details will be provided prior to your start, ensuring you’re equipped for success and can tailor your support effectively.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting, supporting diverse student needs
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering growth, inclusion, and effective communication for every student
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs and IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing guidance to educators and family members to support interventions
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
