This full-time position spans the entire upcoming academic year, offering flexibility with either in-person or hybrid options for delivering expert Physical Therapy services.
You'll make a significant impact by providing both direct intervention and consultative support. Engage in comprehensive evaluations, collaborate with educational teams, and actively participate in meetings that shape each student’s individualized plan of care. Your expertise will help ensure students reach their highest potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapy license for Illinois
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based PT experience preferred
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to provide services in both direct and consultative models
- Comfort with technology for meetings and possible hybrid service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consult PT services to assigned students
- Complete thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with school staff and families
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting in line with district requirements
