Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license for Illinois
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based PT experience preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide services in both direct and consultative models
• Comfort with technology for meetings and possible hybrid service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consult PT services to assigned students
• Complete thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting in line with district requirements
