Clinical Pharmacist in Menomonee Falls, WI

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist with specialized experience in IV therapy and sterile compounding. Working Monday through Friday with consistent eight-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, this role includes on-call responsibilities every fourth weekend and one night per week, ensuring critical support is always available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Prepare and mix IV medications within a sterile clean room environment as needed
• Perform clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care and medication management
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize therapy outcomes

Qualifications:

• Wisconsin pharmacist license, clear and active
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience required
• Recent IV experience is mandatory
• At least 2 years of recent home infusion experience preferred
• CPR certification preferred but not required
