This full-time assignment runs from late August through early June, focusing on an elementary caseload (with some secondary students) in a supportive school environment. Qualifications:
- Current and active Minnesota SLP license (submit documentation with your application)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but SLPs meeting school-based criteria considered
- Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and evaluation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of 40-50 students (elementary with some secondary)
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
- Maintain all necessary documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Work fully onsite, with the possibility of virtual work only if an in-person provider can’t be found
