Ideally, you’ll work on-site, but there is flexibility for a hybrid arrangement, with one day per week dedicated to in-person evaluations and the remaining hours delivered virtually. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification and state licensure as a school psychologist
  • Experience working with K-8 students, particularly those on the autism spectrum
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and evaluation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and school staff
  • Comfortable adapting to a hybrid work model combining onsite and remote responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct psychoeducational and functional behavior assessments
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations for classroom interventions and student supports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute your expertise to help foster a nurturing learning environment
