Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Interest in or experience with school-aged populations
  • Organized, reliable, and motivated to impact student learning

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions in group and individual formats
  • Track and document student progress, preparing reports as required
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student communication development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide training or workshops as needed
