Make an impact in a dynamic school environment as a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist. In this contract role, you'll support students in developing essential communication skills, working closely with a collaborative team to help each student achieve their goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows welcome
  • Experience in school settings supporting a diverse student population
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create and deliver individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing observations and recommendations
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
  • Offer resources and guidance to teachers and parents to facilitate student development
  • Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language services
