Job Description
Make an impact in a dynamic school environment as a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist. In this contract role, you'll support students in developing essential communication skills, working closely with a collaborative team to help each student achieve their goals.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows welcome
- Experience in school settings supporting a diverse student population
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create and deliver individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing observations and recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
- Offer resources and guidance to teachers and parents to facilitate student development
- Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language services
