Occupational Therapist School Setting - Maple Park, IL

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois

• Strong documentation skills, specifically with progress notes and goal creation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary and high school students in both resource and general education settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on sensory and functional student goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain organized records of student progress, ensuring data-driven updates and communication
