This on-site position offers the chance to focus on a single school location, providing direct therapy and communication support to students with a caseload of approximately 60-65. You'll play a vital role in helping students achieve their communication goals throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLPA licensure required
• Experience supporting school-based speech therapy, preferably with K-12 caseloads
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills highly preferred to serve a diverse student population
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and educational goal setting
• Must complete state fingerprinting requirements through TEA (allow 10 business days for processing)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to K-12 students under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support therapy plans designed to address language, articulation, fluency, and communication needs
• Document student progress, maintain up-to-date records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to maximize student success
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as scheduled
• Adapt materials and interventions to meet individual student needs and backgrounds
