You'll oversee Quality Analysts, ensure products meet customer specifications, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain the highest quality standards throughout production.\n

\n Quality Supervisor Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Supervise and develop a team of Quality Analysts while ensuring daily quality objectives are achieved
    • \n
  • Perform and oversee inspections using precision measurement equipment and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
    • \n
  • Support ISO documentation, internal and external audits, and quality system compliance
    • \n
  • Manage calibration records, nonconforming product documentation, and quality reporting
    • \n
  • Partner with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
    • \n

\n $82,000- 103,000/yr\n

  • Profit sharing opportunity
    • \n
\n
\n Quality Supervisor Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing quality experience with previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing
    • \n
  • Proficient experience using an ERP system
    • \n
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, optical comparators, gauge pins, and gauge blocks
    • \n
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T during inspection activities
    • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
    • \n
