Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of adolescent communication disorders and best practices in school SLP interventions
• Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a supportive, diverse school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to high school students, based on IEP goals and individualized needs
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop appropriate treatment plans, and track progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster student success and inclusion
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and review
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and reports throughout the assignment duration
• Support the transition and handoff process at the end of the assignment for ongoing student care
