Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid SLP-CCC credential
• Connecticut SLP licensure or eligibility
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Comfortable managing districtwide, K-12 caseloads
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• In-person availability only

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students across multiple schools
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely records, documentation, and compliance with state/federal regulations
• Contribute to student success through ongoing progress monitoring
