Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP-CCC credential
- Connecticut SLP licensure or eligibility
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Comfortable managing districtwide, K-12 caseloads
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- In-person availability only
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students across multiple schools
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely records, documentation, and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Contribute to student success through ongoing progress monitoring
