Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Minnesota School Psychologist license or certification required
  • Proven experience developing and implementing IEP goals
  • Skilled in creating Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) using Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Deep understanding of and ability to apply relevant state and federal statutes and regulations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultation abilities

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full spectrum of psychological services onsite, including evaluation, counseling, and direct support to students
  • Consult with staff and families to develop and implement effective IEPs and PBSPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Conduct and interpret comprehensive FBAs to inform behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to support the development and adjustment of student plans, ensuring legal and ethical compliance at every step
  • Maintain thorough documentation to fulfill federal, state, and district requirements
