Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with K-8 student populations a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff
- Organization and flexibility to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret results
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with various communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress for compliance
- Deliver therapy services through individual and group sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create inclusive educational experiences
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation
