School Speech Language Pathologist - Cicero, Illinois

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with K-8 student populations a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff
• Organization and flexibility to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with various communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress for compliance
• Deliver therapy services through individual and group sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create inclusive educational experiences
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation
