Pasadena, TX | Direct Hire | Fully Onsite

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 + Annual Bonus Eligibility

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to identify a Site HR Manager for its Pasadena, Texas facility.

The Site HR Manager will serve as the primary onsite HR leader, supporting approximately 80-85 employees while partnering closely with operations leadership and HR stakeholders across the organization.

Position Summary

This is a hands-on, working manager role responsible for delivering both strategic and operational HR support. The successful candidate will drive employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation processes, performance management, leadership coaching, and employee development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable challenging leaders, providing HR guidance, and proactively addressing issues within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership & Employee Relations
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the site
  • Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Coach managers on performance management and leadership best practices
  • Partner with site leadership to support workforce and talent strategies
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
  • Manage recruiting activities, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions
  • Guide managers through performance appraisal processes
  • Support career development initiatives and career frameworks
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Support compensation planning and salary review processes
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Partner with leadership on compensation and talent initiatives
Training & Development
  • Identify and address learning and development needs
  • Support leadership development programs
  • Facilitate training initiatives for both hourly and salaried employees
  • Drive continuous improvement in employee capability and performance
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
  • Support implementation of corporate HR initiatives
  • Maintain HR data and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and operations teams on projects and programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years of leadership and operational HR responsibility
  • Hands-on HR experience within a manufacturing, industrial, plant, or production environment
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and payroll
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Experience supporting international or geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar HR systems
