Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for Connecticut
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in school-based and/or healthcare pediatric settings preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Collaborative spirit for working with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services and consultation for K-12 students
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school requirements
• Participate in case conferences and support multidisciplinary planning
