Key Qualifications:

• Hold active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with diverse student groups and faculty
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, individualized intervention

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a varied K-12 caseload
• Conduct screening, assessment, and development of individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and family members to support student progress and access to curriculum
• Maintain compliance with documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development opportunities onsite
