Key Qualifications:

• Certification in Special Education (required)
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably at the junior high level
• Solid understanding of ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and state compliance requirements
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to liaise with educators, families, and students
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to support individual student needs
• Experience with documentation and record-keeping for special education compliance
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate all ARD meetings for assigned junior high caseload
