Desired Qualifications & Experience:

-Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
-Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly preferred
-Familiarity with IEP processes, goal development, and progress monitoring
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
-Ability to organize caseloads and prioritize tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver occupational therapy services to students with varied needs, adhering to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-Conduct timely assessments, develop treatment goals, and track student progress
-Provide both group and individual intervention sessions in classroom and therapy room settings
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student participation and independence within the school environment
-Document all services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
