We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Eatonville, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success by working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students' eligibility for special education services.
Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational plans.
Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health needs.
Develop and implement behavioral intervention strategies and support plans.
Conduct risk assessments and assist with crisis intervention when needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive educational outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.


Qualifications
Master's, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Valid Washington State School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
Knowledge of special education laws, evaluation procedures, and IEP processes.
Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a K–12 school setting.
Familiarity with evidence-based behavioral and academic interventions.
Experience with multidisciplinary teams and MTSS/RTI frameworks.
