Take on a rewarding opportunity supporting preschool students during their formative years as a part-time School Psychologist for the upcoming 26/27 academic year. This contract position allows you to make a meaningful impact by participating in early childhood assessments with a dedicated evaluation team. Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification and/or license as a School Psychologist in Indiana.
- Expertise or strong interest in early childhood evaluations, especially Autism Spectrum evaluations for children transitioning to age three.
- Familiarity with multi-disciplinary team assessments is highly desired.
- Previous experience with preschool-aged populations preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team with a Speech-Language Pathologist and experienced Diagnosticians.
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and participate in arena assessments for incoming preschool students as part of a specialized evaluation team.
- Focus predominantly on evaluation procedures for Autism and developmental readiness.
- Provide clear, thorough assessment results and support recommendations for IEP or eligibility meetings.
- Work on-site in a supportive, team-oriented school environment.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings regarding assessment results and recommendations.
