Job Description
Elevate your career by providing vital support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school setting serving students from prekindergarten through 8th grade. This part-time contract opportunity runs from August 17, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and is ideal for those with a passion for making a meaningful difference in students’ lives. You will travel onsite to campuses to deliver high-impact behavioral services, working closely with a supportive leadership team.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active BCBA license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings
- Prior school-based BCBA work is a plus, but not required
- Ability to complete and maintain current CORI and fingerprint clearances
- Comfortable working onsite and traveling between campuses as needed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school-based platforms (such as ESped; training provided)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral services to a caseload averaging 15 students, adjusting as student needs evolve
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized behavior intervention plans as part of IEP teams
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and positive outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings as scheduled (days vary)
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation in alignment with district requirements
- Deliver professional development or coaching to staff as needed
