Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Washington SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to IEP goals and district guidelines
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine eligibility and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain timely documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for speech and language concerns
  • Adjust therapy strategies as needed based on student progress and feedback
