Qualifications and Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome to apply
• Experience or strong interest in working in school settings, especially with early childhood populations
• Solid knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech and language disorders in young children
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and team members

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic services to Transitional Kindergarten and Pre-K students, targeting speech and language development
• Complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic support for students
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
