Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: August 12, 2026
End Date: June 9, 2027
Work Setting: Onsite
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position serves elementary school students and offers the opportunity to either provide additional support across two campuses or be assigned full-time to one elementary campus, based on district needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide services across two elementary campuses or at one assigned campus, depending on district needs
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
