Openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in the vibrant San Juan Capistrano area within a respected school setting. These full-time, contracted roles begin as soon as possible, with assignment lengths ranging from fall through spring break and a strong likelihood of extension through the full school year due to ongoing coverage needs.

You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators across preschool, elementary, or middle school environments, serving a caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP. These positions are in-person only, working 5 days per week within dynamic teams focused on helping each student thrive.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active California SLP license (required)
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Flexibility to support various campuses as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs for assigned students across preschool, elementary, or middle school settings
  • Deliver direct therapy (individual and group) focused on speech, language, and communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Ensure timely documentation of progress and maintain compliance with all related regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative solutions for student success
