Job Description

We are seeking two dedicated professionals—one for a full-time and one for a part-time contract position—to support students across Ingham County starting this September. You’ll work within local schools to provide essential OT services, helping students achieve greater independence and success.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Michigan is required
- Experience providing OT services in a school environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with students, families, and school staff
- Passion for helping students with diverse needs achieve their goals
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel within Ingham County as placement is determined
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of K-12th grade students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Perform assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention plans
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate support
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
