Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year CVOR nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated clinical competence in cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, patient-centered care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Scrub and circulate within the OR, assisting surgical teams with instruments, medications, and patient monitoring
• Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the surgical experience
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary communication and case management
