Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field required
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with the relevant Science endorsement(s)
• Demonstrated understanding of curriculum design, planning, and classroom instruction
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Previous experience teaching middle school or 6th grade science preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate engaging science lessons aligned to state standards for 6th graders
