Step into a rewarding Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract opportunity, serving students within the San Juan Capistrano area. This onsite, school-based position is ideal for SLPs who are passionate about making a difference through direct intervention, diagnostics, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Multiple full-time openings are available for the 2026–2027 academic year, with a high likelihood of continued assignments and ongoing needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active California SLP license required
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled at collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Comfortable supporting preschool, elementary, or middle school caseloads
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to groups and individual students, with an average caseload of 55 per SLP
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver evidence-based intervention to support speech, language, and communication development
  • Work in close partnership with educators, specialists, and caregivers to ensure successful outcomes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records per district and state guidelines

Additional Details:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week onsite with placements in one preschool, one elementary, and one middle school
  • Start dates range from mid-September to ASAP, with end dates extending through December or potentially the end of the school year
  • Strong prospects for contract extension
