Physical Therapist (Full-Time)
Location: Eatonville, WA

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Eatonville, Washington. Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
New graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, or manual therapy.
Certification in specialty areas is a plus.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
