The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and demonstrate experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s), designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP’s), and providing Non-Violent Behavioral Training. Your ability to assess individual needs and craft tailored strategies will play a vital role in fostering supportive learning environments.

What you’ll bring:

  • BCBA certification or licensure as a Psychologist (applicants with either credential are welcome)
  • Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Non-Violent Behavioral Training
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to document progress and provide clear recommendations
  • Commitment to supporting student and staff growth through positive behavior strategies

In this role, you will:

  • Assess student needs by conducting FBA’s and analyzing behavioral data
  • Develop and implement effective BIP’s in collaboration with school staff
  • Lead or support team training in non-violent crisis intervention methods
  • Provide ongoing consultation and professional development for educators and support personnel
  • Track student progress, modifying interventions as needed to ensure success
  • Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive school culture
