Two outstanding opportunities are available: one serving Preschool/Early Intervention students and another supporting K-8 learners. What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach
• Flexibility and adaptability to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Maintain and document thorough, compliant records and progress notes
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Participate in school-based activities, workshops, and professional development as needed
• Consult, coach, and collaborate with staff to ensure carryover of speech and language strategies in classroom settings
