Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) on a full-time, onsite contract for the upcoming school year. Two outstanding opportunities are available: one serving Preschool/Early Intervention students and another supporting K-8 learners. What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and families
- Maintain and document thorough, compliant records and progress notes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Participate in school-based activities, workshops, and professional development as needed
- Consult, coach, and collaborate with staff to ensure carryover of speech and language strategies in classroom settings
