Job Responsibilities

• Work 24-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, with an expectation of 10 to 15 shifts each month.
• Manage 5 to 7 deliveries per shift, with OB/GYN cases varying in frequency.
• Participate in a hospital-based laborist program.
• Perform deliveries and C-sections as required.
• Opportunity to transition into a permanent role if desired.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $150.00 to $225.00, with rates influenced by factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
• Weekly payment with negotiated rates that include base pay and potential additional earnings like overtime, on-call, and holiday pay.
