We're hiring an Entry-Level Pump Station Specialist for a growing team responsible for maintaining critical water and wastewater infrastructure throughout the community. No prior pump station experience is required. If you have experience in general labor, mechanical work, maintenance, construction, landscaping, automotive repair, or other hands-on environments, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pump station equipment
• Assist with minor and major repairs on pumps, motors, belts, fuel systems, and related mechanical components
• Follow maintenance schedules and document completed work
• Pick up parts, maintain inventory, and support equipment reporting
• Learn safety procedures including lockout/tagout and confined space protocols
• Travel between assigned sites using a company-provided vehicle during work hours

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in hands-on work environments such as general labor, maintenance, automotive, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or trades preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Open to occasional overtime and on-call responsibilities
