Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Oregon City, OR

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This flexible, contract position works closely with a diverse caseload focused on speech/communication and autism, primarily supporting students in mainstream settings. With a manageable caseload (~10 case management; ~20 total served), you’ll have the opportunity to develop strong connections and help students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP state license (or eligibility) and ASHA CCC or CFY status
• Proven experience in a pediatric or school-based setting (middle school preferred)
• Strong foundation in providing therapeutic support for students with autism and speech/communication needs
• Comfortable with IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability with changing school and student needs
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital documentation; open to virtual/hybrid models

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and consultation for a mixed caseload of middle school students
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write effective treatment plans
• Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in compliance with school and state policies
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to deliver well-rounded support
• Track and document progress toward IEP goals, adjusting approaches as needed
• Promote student self-advocacy and inclusive participation
