School Psychologist - Osseo, MN

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current and valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
• Demonstrated experience supporting students in school settings, ideally at the middle school level
• Solid understanding of evaluation processes, IEP development, and behavioral intervention strategies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, partnering effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt and meet diverse student needs
• Openness to working onsite as a School Psychologist; candidates with a School Social Worker background and license are also welcome for consideration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services
• Develop, implement, and monitor interventions, accommodations, and IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide both direct and consultative support to students facing academic, behavioral, or social/emotional challenges
• Facilitate crisis intervention and offer guidance to assist with conflict resolution and positive behavior support
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports aligned with district and state standards
