This assignment offers the chance to develop your expertise in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), while working closely with education staff and families. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or credentialed Psychologist (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and Non-Violent Behavioral Training
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedication to fostering positive behavioral change in school settings

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop/implement effective BIPs tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to school staff and families
  • Deliver training in non-violent behavioral intervention strategies
  • Monitor progress, maintain data, and modify plans as needed for student success
  • Collaborate within a team to ensure holistic, student-centered care
