Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong understanding of CVOR processes, instrumentation, and sterile technique
• Proven ability to work as an integral part of multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub on cardiovascular surgical procedures under the direction of surgical leadership
• Ensure aseptic and safe environments for patients before, during, and after surgery
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout perioperative phases
• Anticipate surgical team needs and facilitate efficient case progression
• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
